Room was clean and comfortable. Could use a bit of an update but overall good experience. We loved that the bedroom and living space were separate so we could put our little ones to bed and stay up without bothering or waking them. The kids loved the pool but the chlorine!! Couldn't swim for too long without the eyes and throat burning. Breakfast was amazing! Tons of options both savory and healthy.

This is an excellent hotel in the area. they offer great amenities and a very good hot breakfast. The staff are friendly and assisting. They even have an area with food and a few essentials. In case you forget something.

We had room 323 which has a king size bed. It was VERY comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The closet door sucks and needs some grease. There are (what look like) blood stains on the carpet by the couch... Other than that, it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly people at the front desk. The location is so-so, next to an old mall. Rooms are clean but fairly old with torn carpets and stains. There was a wedding during my stay and the room next door didn’t stop partying until 4am. Happy for them but walls are thin so it wasn’t a great stay. I was also given a 1pm check out, but housekeeping came knocking on my door at 12pm. They were completely polite about it, but had I not been there, I assume they would have come in to the room despite the “do not disturb” sign.

Having a kitchen in the room made our experience so much easier. Full breakfast bar every morning with everything you could want and 24 hr coffee was even better. The lobby was large and modern, lots of seating and tables. They have a very pretty outside area with multiple tables as well as a soft outdoor couch and chairs There's a grill attached to a hightop table with lots of chairs around it that guests can enjoy as they please. There is a nice half size basketball court but make sure you bring a ball as they didn't have one to use. The indoor pool and hot tub were okay but there was no outdoor access and it was very hot in there. There's also a nice little gym with a variety of equipment. We really didn't interact with many staff members but everyone seemed friendly enough. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area whether business or pleasure.

Kymali provided awesome reception service. He made our experience a memorable one. Gifted us snacks and wine after finding out we booked for our wedding. He made our experience feel like home away from home. And he also explained how everything worked. Awesome person. The other receptionist gave good service as well. Breakfast was good. Pool was good too. Suites are homey.

This is hands down my favorite place to stay, and here, why. One of my business associates was arriving earlier than expected and needed an early check-in, and Mari at the front desk makes the whole process seamless. And lastly, their breakfast is on point, and it's included. That's why they are considered that best, in my opinion. Keep up the great work, guys.
